The photo is of Herbert holding Valara and Alice holding Beatrice. The photo was taken just a few months before Beatrice passed away. Beatrice died when she was 13 months old. Photo taken in 1895.

 

 

 

Herbert Rigg (Leslie, Robert, George, Clement, Robert Rigg) was born 20 December 1869 in Alaiedon Township, Ingham County, Michigan.  He died 22 December 1934 in Muskegon Heights, Michigan.

Herbert married Alice Alwilda Goodman on 26 January 1892 in Miller City, Putnam County, Ohio.  Alice was 14 August 1872 in Sycamore, Ohio.  She died 26 January 1922 in Mason, Ingham County, Michigan.

 

Herbert and Alice had the following children:

1.  Valara Gay Rigg was born 26 April 1893 and died 27 October 1980.

2.  Beatrice Rigg was born 13 May 1894.  She died June 1895.

3.  Charles Wesley Rigg was born 27 January 1899. He died in April 1931.

4.  Ruth Abigal Rigg was born 21 May 1904 and died 4 November 1998.
